I have stayed here several times this year. Very friendly staff, good service. The room was fine, showing its age but clean and well maintained. I picked the location for proximity to Summit Point. It was right off I-81, but I asked for a quiet room which worked well. There are a lot of options for food and sundries nearby. Cider Press is a nice local spot that's a five minute walk away.
Very convenient location. The rooms are comfortable and clean although dated. The only thing missing were the waffles but that’s due to renovations. I imagine that when the renovations will be completed this hotel will be top notch!
My fiancée had to make an emergency stop here to recover from a sudden illness on a road trip, and the staff here was exceedingly excellent and accommodating. Special shout outs to Corey at the front desk (I also believe to be the GM?) for going out of his way to ensure our comfort for the time there. Little things matter, and the staff here are well aware of that. Genuinely the best hotel experience I have ever had, and I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the US and in Europe. Thank you, Corey and crew!

I worked in the hospitality industry on south beach for over 11 years and what ive experienced thusfar at this hotel is great experience. Thank you ladies for being attentive, courteous, hospitable and accommodating. I would definitely come back here. In a year time to when training is due.
I paid nearly twice as much during my past trip to upstate New York and didn’t get the sparkling bathroom that I got here! Great job, cleaning person! This place was quiet. The front staff person was pleasant and helpful. Bed and Pillows were the Hampton’s usual crisp, white, and clean - fridge and microwave provided. For the price, a good, good value! The only small problem was a somewhat noisy refrigerator as it kicked on and off.
